Tracking Kobo store purchases
You can keep track of your purchases on the Kobo website in three ways:
Your Purchases page
Your Purchases page shows all the content you’ve purchased from the Kobo website, including the date purchased.
In this tab, you can also easily delete content you’ve purchased. Should you choose to delete a purchased item, you have thirty days from the date of deleting to remove it from the Trash. After thirty days have expired, you will no longer have access to the content, and will have to re-purchase it to read it again.
Your Purchase History
Looking for a history of all your purchases, even ones you’ve deleted? Your Purchase History page shows a list of your transactions to date. If you’d like to see more about the content you’ve purchased, simply click on the title.
Purchase Confirmation Email
We send you a confirmation email for purchases made on the Kobo website. Because you may purchase several pieces of content at a time, or even within a week, we will not email you every time you make a transaction. Instead, you’ll receive a single email detailing your most recent purchases. Each purchase confirmation email includes:
