Help! I forgot my password.

Resetting your password

You can quickly and securely create a new password for your Kobo account if you forget it. When you let us know you’ve forgotten your password, we send a secure email to the email address you use to log in to Kobo that lets you create a new password. You can also log in to your Kobo account and change your password whenever you wish.
Note: The password reset email expires after five hours to make it more secure. If you don’t use the email to reset your password within five hours you have to start over.
