Problems with books
Sometimes, the books we receive from publishers contain errors, like typos or missing sections. If you notice any problems with a book you bought from Kobo, please email us at help@kobobooks.com and provide as many details as possible.
"Oops, file cannot be opened..." error
If you received this message when trying to open a book on your Kobo Mini, follow these steps:
On your computer:
Fixing a “Content Locked” error on your eReader
If you see a Content Locked error when trying to open a book on your eReader, you may have to sign out of your eReader, and sign back in.
To sign out of your eReader, from your Home page:
Once you’ve signed out, you’ll need to set up your eReader. After you’ve set up your eReader and signed in, tap
Sync to add your books back into your Library.
